How mobile bar service works in New Mexico — licensing, insurance, what's included, and how far ahead to book.

Ask usYes — Road Runner is a dry-hire service, which means you (or your venue) provide the alcohol and we provide everything else: licensed, insured bartenders, the bar, equipment, mixers, garnishes, ice, and setup and breakdown. New Mexico law restricts who can buy and sell alcohol, so dry-hire is the standard model for mobile bars in the state. We’ll guide you on what and how much to buy.
Most New Mexico venues require proof of liquor liability insurance before they’ll confirm your booking. Road Runner carries insurance and can provide the documentation your venue needs, so this step doesn’t hold up your date.
Book as early as you can — popular wedding dates in New Mexico’s spring-through-fall season often fill months ahead. Once you have a venue and a date, reach out so we can confirm availability before the weekend is taken.
